Creekside Village
Project Synopsis

Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects design team met the University’s vision for their new student housing, that it be environmentally sensitive and reflective of the arts and crafts style prevalent in Western New York’s history.

The result is Creekside Village, a low profile two-story townhouse design of 13 buildings with 116 units nestled into a site with a significant number of trees and an existing creek that divides the complex.

A new pedestrian bridge was designed to connect the site, and encourage walking to the main campus and adjacent housing complexes.

The project features a community center, which has been LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
