Project Synopsis
Renovating an old factory/warehouse building, located in Jamestown, New York, into a modern updated medical facility was a challenge for the owner and LMA design team.
The existing brick façade and window opening locations were maintained, while adding other façade elements to transform the appearance of the building. First floor additions house the linear accelerator and new procedure rooms. Second floor space has medical labs, office space and a high-tech conference/meeting room. Remaining unoccupied space on the second and third floor will be used for future expansion or new tenants.
