Project Synopsis
Phase III, the final phase of Benderson Development’s Eastview Plaza, located at the corner of Transit and Maple Roads in Amherst, N.Y., is complete. The erection of fabric awnings to the Blockbuster Video and Starbuck’s outbuildings completes renovations to the complex. There has already been a realization among retailers and developers that this property best represents the next generation of Shopping Center design in Western New York.
