Project Synopsis
This structure designed by Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects is a subsidized Senior Housing Complex within an existing urban neighborhood.
The four story structure incorporates retail space fronting the street and a Community Center open to the neighborhood in addition to off street parking and loading facilities.
The upper floors of the complex house approximately 150 individual apartment units.
