Project Synopsis
Quaker Crossing_ Retail Complex located in Orchard Park is becoming one of the areas fastest growing shopping centers in Western New York and the most significant retail/entertainment development constructed in the Southtowns in recent times. The upscale buildings, frequented by those traveling from areas south of Orchard Park, allow retailers located in this complex to lead the state in sales figures.
These retailers include such well known names as Ashley Furniture, Coldstone Creamery, Famous Footwear, Kohl’s, Marshall’s, PetSmart, Oreck, Regal Cinemas and Target.
Lauer-Manguso Architects and Engineers continue their relationship with the Orchard Park retail center by designing the newly opened 21,280 square foot Borders bookstore. The façade consisting of brick, glass, and synthetic stucco creates a traditional facade as desired by the Town of Orchard Park’s Architectural Review Board.
