Project Synopsis
This newly designed senior housing facility, located in Churchville, New York, features thirty-three single bedroom apartments, which are furnished by residents to add individuality to their living
environment.
Taking into account the needs of seniors, Lauer-Manguso’s design provides full handicap accessibility, individual HVAC controls in each apartment for all levels of personal comfort and common laundry facilities on each floor.
A large community room, on the first floor, provides gathering space for both small and large groups and the outdoor patio is a welcome space to enjoy visiting with family and friends.
