Project Synopsis
Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects was retained to provide Architectural Design of a $12 Million Dollar renovation of a former Hilton Hotel into a flagship Adams Mark Hotel. Renovations included a new porte-cochere, entrance lobby and reception desk, restaurant and sports bar, atrium lounge and bar, escalators to second floor conference area, conversion of existing indoor tennis courts to a conference center including ballrooms and pre-convene areas, meeting rooms, new service area and kitchen for ballroom, and administrative office space. Designed in conjunction with HBE Corp. of St. Louis, MO., owners of Adams Mark Hotels.
