Project Synopsis
With the philosophy that users of this facility should not feel they are entering a medical facility, Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects designed a traditional style building that met the modern program requirements for a multi-suite facility.
Located on a three-acre parcel, the two-story, 35,000sf medical office facility features traditional building materials accented with brick and green tinted windows.
The firm also designed the interior build-outs for each of the suites ranging in size from a 15-exam room family practice suite to a 2,000sf cardiology office.
