Project Synopsis
Originally occupied by a supermarket, this office complex for BKV Dental and SKM Group was completely renovated with a classically styled façade and porte cochere by Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects design team.
This adaptive re-use features approximately 20,000sf of leasable office space, with two highly visible entries and ample parking for multi-tenant use.
The elegant design uses brick predominately and is accented with tasteful detailing in cornices and expansive lengths of window on two sides.
