Project Synopsis
This 38,000sf, one-story, adult assisted living care facility was designed by Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects with fully accessible apartments for frail and dementia patients with special health care needs.
The unique shaped one-story design creates a lush exterior “Garden House Habitat” with plants and birds to create a warm and natural setting, and a common interior “living room” where activities can be structured and easily monitored.
Also incorporated into the building is an Adult Day Care Center programmed for early stage dementia clients who are able to reside in a community setting but still require daily assistance.
