Project Synopsis
In the summer of 2003, Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects assisted developer Aurora Ventures in breaking ground for the Village of East Aurora’s, Hampton Inn Hotel. The Hampton Inn situated on 2.5 acres, is a four story, 80 room hotel that features a banquet facility designed to accommodate 250 people.
The building, a mere one block walk from the Village’s Historic Main Street, evokes a Neo-Victorian flavor. Gabled roofs articulated with dormers adorned with raised lattice panels and a cupola offer the neighboring village a welcomed companion worthy of its charm and richness.
The site, located along Olean Road (Route 16) in the Village, provides parking for over 120 vehicles and an abundance of landscaped green areas.
