Project Synopsis
Panera Bread, a St. Louis-based company, has recently expanded their presence in the northeast. During the past 3 years, Lauer-Manguso & Associates Architects has completed 17 stores in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York and Ohio, including 3 new stores in the Buffalo market.
With their own bakery right inside each location, Panera Bread offers a variety of bakery and menu items for take-out or dine-in. These projects showcase colorful and intricate interiors as well as a multitude of seating options, from cozy lounge chairs in front of a fireplace to outdoor café patios.
The Buffalo area stores are located in the Amherst Consumer Square, Niagara Falls Boulevard; Eastview Plaza, Transit Road, Amherst; and Home Depot Plaza, Lockport.
